Adam brings 25 years of entrepreneurial experience across consumer lending, hospitality, family office capital management, and merchant banking.
Adam has served as Head of Product and Chief Consultant for several Wells Fargo, N.A.-registered ISOs. Prior to those roles, he served as Chief Strategy Officer and equity partner at a privately held point-of-sale software company. During his tenure, the platform was among the first of its kind to build strategic integrations with major on-demand and digital commerce platforms including Uber, Google, and DoorDash. The company serviced a merchant portfolio processing in excess of $4B of annual transaction volume and delivered its enterprise SaaS product to businesses in six countries. Adam’s 8-year tenure culminated in a successful exit.
For 12 years prior, Adam served as the operating principal of a single-family office across a diversified portfolio spanning consumer enterprises (predominantly restaurants/hospitality), commercial and residential real estate, onshore oil and gas, and merchant banking.
The companies Adam has been associated with hold memberships in the Retail Solutions Providers Association (RSPA) and the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA), for which he has served as spokesperson. Today he remains Emeritus Managing Partner of an SMB-focused fintech enterprise that ranks among the top 1% of merchant payments sales organizations in the country.
Adam lives in the Greater Phoenix area with his family. He coaches youth soccer through the Gilbert Youth Soccer Association (GYSA), volunteers with charities supporting underprivileged youth and individuals with special needs, and is preparing — with mixed emotions — to send his daughter off to college.
